Pricing an oversize load across state lines means checking every state’s permit fees, escort triggers, curfews and police requirements, usually across a dozen DOT websites and a spreadsheet. SupaFreight puts those rules in one place and prices the whole move in one workflow.
Who builds it
SupaFreight is built by Pillar Optimization Partners, a Louisiana firm that builds AI back-office automation for Gulf South industrial contractors, marine operators and carriers.
It was developed alongside working heavy-haul estimators and dispatchers, who quote real superloads with it and tell us when a state’s rule doesn’t match what happens on the road. Most of what’s in the product today started as one of those conversations.
How we build it
Every number has a source
Permit fees, escort triggers and police thresholds are coded from each state's own published rules, and the quote shows where each line comes from.
A flag, never a silent $0
Where a state doesn't publish a rate or a trigger, the quote says so and leaves the number to the estimator instead of guessing.
The estimator owns the quote
Every line can be edited before it goes out. SupaFreight does the state-by-state legwork; your people make the call.
