One quoting engine. Three places to use it.

Quote in the SupaFreight application today. The same calculation is being brought into the CRM records your sales team already works from, so the estimate is built the same way wherever it starts.

The CRM sends the load. SupaFreight does the math.

The embedded calculator collects inputs from the record and sends them to the SupaFreight API. Every estimate is calculated by the same quoting engine on SupaFreight’s servers, then the result is written back to the record it came from.

  • Inputs come from the record

Origin, destination and load details are prefilled where the CRM already holds them. The estimator fills the rest.

  • The total comes from SupaFreight

A CRM workflow can send inputs but cannot set a price. Totals are calculated on the server against your rate configuration.

  • Flags travel with the quote

Anything that needs operator review is written back alongside the total, so it is visible to whoever opens the record next.

The same call the CRM apps make.

The CRM apps are built on a SupaFreight API. Send a lane, dimensions and weight; receive the line items, total and anything flagged for review. The request carries no prices: the API refuses them and calculates its own.

The example uses the sample load from across this site. Field names and shapes are illustrative and may change before the API is published.

What stays the same wherever you quote.

  • Your rates

Every surface prices against the same rate configuration you set up in SupaFreight. There is no separate CRM rate table to keep in sync.

  • The calculation

Route, permits, escorts, police, time, cost and price, in the same order, every time.

  • Sources and flags

Permit costs show the source agency. Requirements that are not clear from published rules are flagged for operator review, and operators confirm with the state before moving.

  • Data isolation

Quotes created from a CRM record belong to the same company workspace and follow the same isolation rules.
